With over 40 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, Raju Dommaraju stands as a seasoned civil engineer and visionary leader. His illustrious career spans senior roles across India, Hong Kong, and Australia, where he has amassed significant expertise in managing multidisciplinary, multi-billion dollar projects in various sectors, including Civil Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Mining, Roads, Rail, Dams, Renewable Energy, and Telecom.
For the past 15 years, Raju has successfully led his project management consultancy in Australia, building over two dozen large companies and delivering high-value projects with a strong emphasis on innovation, efficiency, and client satisfaction. His leadership has been pivotal in overcoming the prevalent challenges of time delays and cost overruns that often beset the construction industry.
In response to these ongoing challenges, Raju founded Project On Track, a groundbreaking Construction ERP solution launched in June 2024. This comprehensive platform integrates 25 modules, including Accounts, Payroll, Digital Templates and Forms, and a Central Document Management System, all running on the AWS cloud. Designed to connect field and office teams, Project On Track provides real-time insights that enable proactive decision-making and enhances project management efficiency. Its capability to integrate seamlessly with Oracle Primavera P6 and other key systems ensures effective management of complex projects.

Surya Prakash brings over 20 years of extensive IT experience, with more than 15 years specializing in Database Architecture, Development, and Administration. His exceptional ability to deliver efficient and reliable IT solutions has enabled him to build and lead high-performing teams in high-pressure environments. Surya is committed to professionalism and is known for his keen organizational skills, ensuring that he sees the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.

Vignesh Jeyeseelan is an experienced Senior System Administrator and Network Engineer at Project On Track, bringing over 15 years of expertise in system administration, networking, security, and cloud technologies. Vignesh plays a pivotal role in managing the technical infrastructure of the Project On Track ERP, ensuring its smooth operation and robust security, both on-premise and in the cloud.
With deep knowledge in AWS, network architecture, and system security, Vignesh is responsible for maintaining the platform’s scalability, security compliance, and performance optimization. He is instrumental in supporting the multi-user environment and global operations of Project On Track, ensuring high availability and seamless performance for users worldwide.

Prior to joining Project On Track, Sai served as a Senior Executive HR at Napier Healthcare Solutions, where he successfully managed various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Chenna Kesavulu is a seasoned technology professional with extensive expertise in software development and project delivery. As the Tech Lead at Project On Track, Chenna plays a crucial role in overseeing the technical architecture, development processes, and implementation strategies of the Project On Track Construction ERP platform.
With over 18 of experience in the IT industry, Chenna has a strong background in managing and executing complex projects across various domains, including construction, civil infrastructure, and enterprise solutions. He is responsible for leading the engineering team, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies, and maintaining the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability in the ERP system.

Chris Ashton is a seasoned Project Director with a wealth of experience in heavy civil and multidisciplinary construction. Over the course of his career, Chris has worked with some of the most prestigious clients in the resources, oil and gas, and government sectors, providing strategic leadership on large-scale, complex projects.
With experience gained from working for both tier-one contractors and EPCM organizations, Chris is known for his ability to lead projects from pre-contract planning and execution through to successful delivery. His expertise spans projects ranging in size from $5 million AUD to $1 billion AUD, covering all disciplines within oil and gas, resources, and infrastructure.

Issa Shaweesh brings over 30 years of expertise in the management of large-scale infrastructure, rail, construction, and ICT programs. With a Master’s degree in Engineering Construction and Management, Issa is a recognized leader in program and project management across Australia, Malaysia, and the Middle East. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers Australia, the Australian Institute of Project Management, and SAVE International.
Issa’s background with global construction and project management firms has honed his skills in project planning, risk management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement. His deep knowledge of contract claims & quality management makes him an invaluable advisor for advancing innovative, effective, and sustainable project solutions.
As a part of the Advisory Board, Issa provides strategic insights to guide POT’s growth and enhance our ability to support clients with data-driven, effective construction management solutions. With over 25 years of experience in the civil construction industry, Matt Simpson is a highly skilled and accomplished Project Director. Throughout his career, Matt has successfully led and managed numerous major projects across the infrastructure, transport, energy, and resource sectors, with a particular focus on large-scale mining, civil, road, and rail projects.
Matt is known for his exceptional ability to foster a collaborative team culture and for consistently seeking innovative and efficient construction methodologies that drive superior project
outcomes. His leadership in complex projects has helped deliver successful results for all stakeholders, making him an integral member of the Project On Track Advisory Board.
Mr. Srinivas Maddipati is the Managing Director of Eeva Tech, a company specializing in patent and legal services. With a Master’s Degree and a Law Degree, Srinivas brings extensive expertise in intellectual property and legal consulting. He has been instrumental in securing 10 patent grants for Project On Track’s innovative ERP solutions, with patents awarded in both Australia and India.
Srinivas’ deep understanding of patent law, combined with his dedication to supporting technological advancements, has helped protect and commercialize the cutting-edge innovations developed by Project On Track. His success in navigating complex legal frameworks ensures that POT’s intellectual property is safeguarded on an international level.
Sastry Varanasi is a seasoned executive with over 36 years of experience in building software systems, delivering consulting services, data management solutions, and leading large-scale program management initiatives. He has a strong track record of building and managing global IT businesses, including full P&L responsibility, and delivering cutting-edge solutions across multiple industries.
In his role as COO at Project On Track, Sastry is responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision, managing global operations, and ensuring that all projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. His expertise spans various domains including Big Data & Analytics, Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence (DWBI), and Oracle Fusion Middleware. He has successfully led large teams, including over 600 professionals, and has managed business units worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
Sastry has previously held leadership roles at companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and Mahindra Satyam, where he was instrumental in managing and delivering large-scale projects, optimizing costs, and driving profitable growth. He has a deep understanding of customer relations, stakeholder management, and team building, which he leverages to ensure long-term success for Project On Track.

With over two decades of experience, Usha Dommaraju has been a pivotal force for our business focusing on Human Resource Development and Operations. Usha has also served as a Councilor for Camden Council in New South Wales, Australia. In this capacity, she demonstrated her commitment to community engagement and public service, working on initiatives that improve local governance and enhance the quality of life for residents.
