Built in workflow tools are provided in order to logically mange the precontracts phase from initial enquiry to award.
Time bound actions with electronic system notifications are available in all stages to ensure timely progression of deliverables.
Fairness and Non-Discrimantory Practices can be maintained amongst vendors and any potential irregular assessment practices can also be avoided.
Historical performance and current work load of prequalified vendors can be views to further assist vendor selection for bidding.
