With over 40 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, Raju Dommaraju stands as a seasoned civil engineer and visionary leader. His illustrious career spans senior roles across India, Hong Kong, and Australia, where he has amassed significant expertise in managing multidisciplinary, multi-billion dollar projects in various sectors, including Civil Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Mining, Roads, Rail, Dams, Renewable Energy, and Telecom.
For the past 15 years, Raju has successfully led his project management consultancy in Australia, building over two dozen large companies and delivering high-value projects with a strong emphasis on innovation, efficiency, and client satisfaction. His leadership has been pivotal in overcoming the prevalent challenges of time delays and cost overruns that often beset the construction industry.
In response to these ongoing challenges, Raju founded Project On Track, a groundbreaking Construction ERP solution launched in June 2024. This comprehensive platform integrates 25 modules, including Accounts, Payroll, Digital Templates and Forms, and a Central Document Management System, all running on the AWS cloud. Designed to connect field and office teams, Project On Track provides real-time insights that enable proactive decision-making and enhances project management efficiency. Its capability to integrate seamlessly with Oracle Primavera P6 and other key systems ensures effective management of complex projects.

Surya Prakash brings over 20 years of extensive IT experience, with more than 15 years specializing in Database Architecture, Development, and Administration. Surya is committed to professionalism and is known for his keen organizational skills, ensuring that he sees the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.

Chris Ashton is a seasoned Project Director with a wealth of experience in heavy civil and multidisciplinary construction. Over the course of his career, Chris has worked with some of the most prestigious clients in the resources, oil and gas, and government sectors, providing strategic leadership on large-scale, complex projects.
With experience gained from working for both tier-one contractors and EPCM organizations, Chris is known for his ability to lead projects from pre-contract planning and execution through to successful delivery. His expertise spans projects ranging in size from $5 million AUD to $1 billion AUD, covering all disciplines within oil and gas, resources, and infrastructure.

Issa Shaweesh brings over 30 years of expertise in the management of large-scale infrastructure, rail, construction, and ICT programs. With a Master’s degree in Engineering Construction and Management, Issa is a recognized leader in program and project management across Australia, Malaysia, and the Middle East. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers Australia, the Australian Institute of Project Management, and SAVE International.
Issa’s background with global construction and project management firms has honed his skills in project planning, risk management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement. His deep knowledge of contract claims & quality management makes him an invaluable advisor for advancing innovative, effective, and sustainable project solutions.

With over 25 years of experience in the civil construction industry, Matt Simpson is a highly skilled and accomplished Project Director. Throughout his career, Matt has successfully led and managed numerous major projects across the infrastructure, transport, energy, and resource sectors, with a particular focus on large-scale mining, civil, road, and rail projects.
Matt is known for his exceptional ability to foster a collaborative team culture and for consistently seeking innovative and efficient construction methodologies that drive superior project

Mr. Srinivas Maddipati is the Managing Director of Eeva Tech, a company specializing in patent and legal services. With a Master’s Degree and a Law Degree, Srinivas brings extensive expertise in intellectual property and legal consulting. He has been instrumental in securing 10 patent grants for Project On Track’s innovative ERP solutions, with patents awarded in both Australia and India.

Sastry Varanasi is a seasoned executive with over 36 years of experience in building software systems, delivering consulting services, data management solutions, and leading large-scale program management initiatives. He has a strong track record of building and managing global IT businesses, including full P&L responsibility, and delivering cutting-edge solutions across multiple industries.
In his role as COO at Project On Track, Sastry is responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision, managing global operations, and ensuring that all projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. His expertise spans various domains including Big Data & Analytics, Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence (DWBI), and Oracle Fusion Middleware. He has successfully led large teams, including over 600 professionals, and has managed business units worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
